Push Button BreakOut - RL Junk (PBSW-BO-RL)
Getting a switch to stay put on a Bread Board can be difficult.
So I designed some break out boards where you can solder the switch to the board
and some pins on the bottom to plug into the breadboard.
A resistor and LED are included on-board and may be enabled or disabled.
.... mouse over the thumbnail to see to which version they apply....

n-Channe mosFET TO-220 - ?? (n-Channel mosFET)
these are labeled as NDP6020 P Channel mosFETs
but test as n-Channel mosFETs..
can't say what PN# they are..
tested with 7.5VDC and a 3V battery to the gate.

3.3V AMS1117 800mA Regulator - Junk (3V3RegJunk)
5V to 3.3V AMS1117-3V3 Regulator Module
I made the false assumption that the tab was ground...
It is OutPut - you could drill in under the ground pin to cut
the connection... or... just desolder and lift it..
Regulators and caps should be good but I assume the regulator
would need to be unsoldered.
- Input voltage: DC 4.2 - 10 V
- Output: 3.3 V, 800 mA nominal, 950mA Peak
- Size:8.6mm x 12.33mm
