CanHobby accepts any and all returns. They are subject to the following terms:
1) If we determine that the item is defective or not as advertised the full purchase price will be refunded using the same method used to pay for it originally.
2) If the returned item is not found to be defective or not as described the purchase price will be refunded less our cost of shipping. Refund will be via the original payment method.
3) Canadian and United States returns must be post dated no less than 21 calendar days from the original shipment date. All other returns must be post dated 60 days from original shipment date.
4) Returned items must be in reasonable condition and not show signs of use or abuse for the return to be accepted. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a re-stocking fee of 20% being subtracted from the refund amount.
5) Although it is not necessary for a refund to be processed, we appreciate if you contact us before returning the item using our Contact Form. Please note that we cannot receive phone calls due to our handicapped staff, but if necessary you may use SMS (text messaging).
6) In all cases the customer is responsible for return shipping.
